What happens if I leave Emerson College with an open balance?

When students leave Emerson College with an open balance, their account becomes delinquent. Former students who have open balances are not eligible to re-enroll or receive academic transcripts until their balances, including all finance charges and collection fees, are paid in full.

Instructions for Adding an Authorized User

In order to be compliant with FERPA privacy regulations, only students or their authorized users are able to view the student account and make a payment. Parents and guardians must be set up as Authorized Users in order to view this information.

When are spring tuition bills due?

Spring tuition bills are due December 16. Payment in full, or a satisfactory payment arrangement must be in place by the due date in order to secure course registration. Student account balance information is available 24/7 by viewing the Student Account online.

Tuition Payment Plan

The Tuition Payment Plan gives you the option to make monthly, no-interest payments.

In Person

Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, or debit card at the Office of Student Accounts, 216 Tremont Street, 4th floor, during office hours. Please note that to make a debit card payment, you must have the actual card with you.

Wire Transfer

International students must send their wire transfers through Flywire. Utilizing Flywire enables students to pay in their home currency, saves money by avoiding hidden bank fees, and offers wholesale exchange rates. Visit Flywire to begin the payment process.
