25 families received Cheer Baskets on December 17th from The Gem County Education Association. There were boxes of food, including everything for a Christmas Dinner. Also wrapped gifts for the family members.

The drive up curbside summer program at the Emmett Middle School begin s Friday, June 4th, and runs through August 13th.
This is the 11th summer the free meals program has been offered. Currently, all students in the Emmett School District and children, ages 1-18 in Gem County, are offered free breakfast and lunch meals through the end of the 2020-2021 school year. Meals will not be provided on non school days.
