What happens to the assets of epic charter schools students?

While the assets belong to EPIC Charter Schools, they are lent out to the students each year and must be returned when the student graduates, withdraws, or any other reason the student’s status does not reflect “enrolled” with EPIC Charter Schools.

EPIC is the only public school in Oklahoma that offers each student a Learning Fund. The Learning Fund is an allocation of credit on a student’s account that can be used for learning resources and extracurricular efforts. Each student’s allotment is $1,000 in addition to the high-quality instruction and services they receive from EPIC!

How do I link my student’s access ID to Epic?

If you are a parent and did not receive an email regarding an account set up, you can select ‘Create an Account’. Please reach out via the linked Technical support if you run into any issues. To link your student, the ‘Access ID’ is their ‘Student Number’. This is the number attached to your student’s initials on their google accounts with EPIC.

How much does it cost to attend epic?

What is the first time login ID?

First-time login information is the users first initial, second initial and EPIC ID (i.e. AB1234).

Can I see my student's status on my learning fund?

A: Yes. When logging into the parent portal when you access the learning fund, you will see a green plus sign to the left of the student’s name. Click this to drop down the itemized account information. Under “Status,” if you see “Rejected,” hover over the blue “i” icon to read the rejection statement.
