How do students access the student and Parent Portal?

Students can access their Student Portal by using this page as well, and by entering their usual Department of Education log in credentials (Firstname.lastname and their DoE password) For assistance in using the Parent Portal, please contact the school's IT Department via the Admin Office.

What is the portal?

The Portal is a confidential and secure website that enables Single Sign On for parents, staff and students to access various applications. For parents at this time, the two applications are Infinite Campus and Schoology. What information is included in the Portal?

What information can parents/guardians see in the portal?

Each parent/guardian Portal account provides access to information for those students for which the parent/guardian has legal rights to records. The Campus Portal incorporates the highest level of security. Parents/guardians can see only information related to the students they are authorized to view.

Today, all K12 school districts use a database system for managing student information and maintaining student records.

Campus Portal

The Campus Portal provides students and guardians with real-time access to their information as it is entered by teachers, counselors and staff. It is also accessible from any Apple iOS and Android device. The Campus Portal reduces printing and mailing costs and minimizes lost school-to-home communications.

Security

Only parents and guardians designated with legal rights to student records may receive a Campus Portal account. Each parent/guardian with such rights receives their own separate account. Accounts are NOT shared among more than one parent/guardian within households, i.e., there are no "household" accounts in the Portal.
