This communication tool will improve your ability to assist your child and to communicate with the teacher if necessary. In order to create a Parent Portal account online, you must have a valid email address and the student's Social Security Number must be on record with the Escambia County School District.

What is Focus Parent Portal?

The Focus Parent Portal is a service offered to parents and guardians for accessing certain student records. The Focus Parent Portal allows parents and guardians to see information about ALL of their students through one website. The Focus Parent Portal also allows parents to keep up-to-date on assignments, read district news, see report cards, and communicate easily with their child's teacher.

What is the Early Coalition of Escambia?

The Early Coalition of Escambia has increased the rates it pays Providers of the School Readiness Program effective January 1, 2021. This is the result of a Statewide initiative to increase provider rates to better align with local market rates for child care services. The Florida Office of Early Learning did a statewide analysis of rates and identified an appropriate amount of increases for services for children infant to five year-olds. When will the parent copayment end?

The payment of Parent Co-payments by the Coalition will end on December 31, 2020. After this date, all parents and guardians must resume payment of assigned co-payments (parent fees). Your Child Care Provider has been notified and should resume collecting these payments in January 2021.
