To assist families, Eton offers childcare both before and after school and during Midwinter and Spring Breaks. Students who are attending Childcare must be signed in and out by a parent or authorized adult. Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases, we are beginning with Childcare in the student’s classroom this school year.

What is a boy's school account?

At the beginning of each holidays, a boy’s school account is sent to his parent or other person responsible for his fees. The school account includes the school fee for the following half (term), together with extras from the preceding half.

What is included in the school fee?

The school fee includes tuition, board, lodging, laundry, personal accident insurance, and the cost of most games activities and the majority of educational materials. In addition, boys may incur extras, i.e. charges for music lessons, boat club membership, and a number of other items.

Can a boy be excluded from school if he has not paid in full?

A boy whose account has not been paid in full by the start of the half (or in the case of payment by instalments, where any instalment has not been paid by the due date) may be excluded from the school until it is paid.

Does Eton accept bursaries?
