What are the student and parent portals?

The software has a Student Portal and a Parent Portal which enables individuals password protected access to information about school events, organisation and student outcomes. We will be opening access to the Student and Parent Portals in a staged manner. Commencing next week we will open access to families with K-6 students enrolled.

How do I set up a Parent Portal account?

All parents in the Columbia County School District must have a Parent Portal account. If you already have Parent Portal access, login here: Parent Portal Login. To create a new Parent Portal account please view the video instructions below. Then, Click Here to set up your username and password.

How do I access the parent module for Genesis?

Click above to access the parent module. We are happy to announce the Parent Module for Genesis, the online student information system, is now available to all parents. This web-based system will enable you to access your student’s grades, attendance, and other important information from any computer with an Internet connection.

How do I add another student to the parent portal?

After creating your account and logging in to the portal, click on Today in the left menu, then use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to select your other student (s). If you have questions or are unable to activate Parent Portal, please contact your child's school for assistance.

Art supplies RRE students need for this year

To protect our students, we are asking students to bring basic supplies to art to cut down on shared materials. Personal art kits DO NOT need to be created of new materials. Gather what you have at home or have already purchased for classroom use. Students DO NOT need different materials for the classroom and art; this can be the same set.
