The Cincinnati Tuition Guarantee for new, degree-seeking first-year and transfer students, sets tuition, mandatory fees, and room and board at a consistent rate for up to four or five years depending on the length of the student’s academic program.

Has your student granted you access to view and/or discuss their account? Your student can use the Give Parent/Guest Access link in Catalyst to set up delegated access for a parent (or other party). You will receive an email with instructions once your student has granted you access.
You are able to view your student's To Do List items in Catalyst, with delegated access. It is important to submit requested documentation as soon as possible.
Review due dates and payment options, including the Tuition Payment Plan, by visiting the Bursar's website.

What is a first-year student in college? The difference between a first-year student and a college freshman is a first-year student is a person who has never attended college or has any post-secondary school experience.
You are automatically a candidate for this scholarship when you submit your application by the early action deadline of December 1. This scholarship is merit and need-based.
There also is a computer in every CPS school building for parents to use to check PowerSchool, and a computer is available in the Customer Care Center in CPS' Education Center, 2651 Burnet Avenue, 45219 (Corryville). Information about your child is private and password protected.
PowerSchool, launched in 2009-10, is used by principals, school office staff, teachers, counselors, Central Office staff, parents and students. The system is accessed through a website, so it can be viewed from computers at home, work or the local library.
