How to login to Gulfline?

Is Florida a reciprocity state?

Florida is a member of the National Council State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (NC-SARA). Florida Gulf Coast University has been approved by the state of Florida and is an active member in the NC-SARA Reciprocity Agreements. NC-SARA is a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education. The reciprocity agreements allow for the open delivery of academic credit-earning activities in participating states, including academic field experiences such as internships or practicums. NC-SARA establishes standards for distance learning for all participating states and institutions.

General Information

Email notices will be sent to students that have balances on their accounts. These emails are sent on the 11 th and 27 th of every month to the students’ GatorLink e-mail. Students are advised to check their student account at ONE.UF for the details on charges due.

Pursuant to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, students and their parents are advised of certain practices and procedures at Florida Atlantic University which relate to student records. Once students reach the age of 18 or are enrolled in a postsecondary program, parents no longer have any rights to student information under this act. However, parents or other interested parties can obtain access to their student’s account activity. Students may give the Office of the Controller, Tuition & Billing Services written consent to release the information to other individuals by completing the FERPA waiver form. For further information regarding the FERPA waiver form please contact the Registrar’s Office.

Can a student set up an authorized user?

For billing purposes a student may set up an authorized user for their account. Setting up an authorized user will allow an individual to view account details, view monthly statements and make payments. Setting up an authorized user does not grant the same permissions has having a FERPA waiver form on file.
