Based in East London & Essex, Flyers welcomes members of all ages and abilities to our extensive range of classes & training sessions. Our sessions are led by experienced, qualified coaches and provide a fun learning experience for all, whether it be in one of our recreational classes or competitive squads.
Since it’s establishment in 2010, AGSA has continually grown and developed into one of the most successful competitive acrobatic facilities in the country. With a 100% USAG Safety Certified, USAG Safe Sport Certification and NCSI Background Checked staff, AGSA offers a premium gymnastics education for your child.
Our Pre-School Gymnastics classes utilize various apparatus to help pre-schoolers develop coordination, listening skills, patience, strength, balance, and flexibility. Entry level skills such as rolls and handstands are practiced in this program. Ages 1.5-3 & 3-5.
Artistic Gymnastics is only offered to females at our facility. Female students will utilize Balance Beams, Uneven Bars, Vault Boards, and Trampolines to improve balance, strength, and tumbling skills. Ages 5-10.

Regular socialization is paramount to a child’s understanding of the needs and feelings of others, as well as for developing their ability to improvise, and adjust to various social situations. This makes gymnastics class the perfect social experiment.

No classes will run with fewer than three students. Students must wear gymnastics-appropriate clothing, such as leotards or form-fitting tops and bottoms. Loose-fitting clothing can cause tripping and other hazards which lead to injury. Bare feet are required to prevent slipping on the apparatus.
Previous Flipper’s students will be given a class recommendation for the fall; new students to Flipper’s will begin in Step 1 or be evaluated for higher placement. Food is not permitted in the gym. The only beverage allowed inside is water.
