The Focus Leon County Schools Parent Portal is a tool designed to enhance communication and involvement for you in your child's education. This portal will allow you to monitor your child's progress in school by providing timely access to both assignments and grades that are entered by the teacher throughout the grading period.
The FOCUS Parent Portal is a tool designed to enhance communication and involvement in your child's education while they are enrolled in a Manatee County public school. A FOCUS account will allow you to register your child for public school online and apply for School Choice during open enrollment session.
In order to create a Leon County Schools Parent Portal account online, you must have a valid email address. If you are unable to create an account, call your child's school for assistance.

The student’s parent will receive a parent portal letter containing a pin number. The parent will receive this letter when attending open house or from their child. If they do not, please contact the school to request a letter.
If there is custody alert for a parent, the parent will be able to register for Focus portal but will not be able to add a student to view information.
Your username is the email address you used when registering for an account.
When the email arrives, there is a button that will show you your temporary password and then a link that takes you to the login REMEMBER!!! The password provided in the reset email IS ONLY fFOR A ONE (1) TIME USE AND IS A TEMPRARY PASSWORD!! IT DOES NOT FORCE YOU TO RESET IT BEFORE MOVING ON!! You MUST reset your password once you get access or the next time you try to login, you will be locked out again..
On the Focus Portal student page, the pulldown at the top right of the screen will contain all students linked to the Parent’s Focus Portal acct. Use the drop down in top right. Make sure you are using Google Chrome. ( If you use IE/Edge you will not see them even if they are actually there)
Once you have created your credentials on the portal, please download the free Leon County District Schools FOCUS app for parents and students through the Apple and Android stores. The app is a great supplement to the Focus Portal designed to enable quick and easy access while mobile.
