Students in the Middle School are supported by a team of Student Managers and Educational Support staff that can be contacted any time.
At the end of term 1, 2 & 3, the Middle School Managers carefully examine the students’ earning abits.tudents who are below the school’s expectations may receive our Academic Support Program, which will support them in setting goals, getting organised and to take ownership of their studies.
Year 9 - all students are able to select two electives of their choice. In Term 3 they participate in m the Melbourne City Experience, providing them the opportunity to experience a range of different activities that Melbourne has to offer. The students on the tour learn independence, navigation skills and timekeeping.
Fountain Gate Secondary College believes that improving student accountability for attendance, and rate of attendance, is absolutely essential in preparing students for further education, future pathways and employment.
For all enrolments into Year 7 for the following calendar year, please refer to your local Primary School for initial advice. Government Primary schools will distribute the ‘Enrolment into a Secondary School’ form to all Grade 6 students.

If attending the College for an enrolment interview, a copy of your child’s birth certificate and two most recent school reports are required. For a student new to the country, passport and visa documents are also required.
The prospective student and at least one parent/guardian are required to attend the enrolment interview.
