Why can’t I See my Child with my parentvue login?

Your ParentVUE login gives you access to information on all your kids enrolled in the David Douglas School District. If you are not seeing one or more kid with your login, it can be an indication of a duplicate parent record in the system.

How do I switch students in my FHSD campus parent account?

If you have more than one child attending FHSD schools, your Campus Parent account will have access to all students in your family. Once logged in, parents can switch between students by selecting the arrow next to the photo of the current student. A drop down menu will appear with a list of available students.

Do you need an activation key to access Campus Parent?

The Activation Key is only needed the first time users access the portal. After that, the activation key will not work and the username that was created should be used to log into the Campus Parent account.

Late Start

Due to forecasted snowfall combined with dangerously cold temperatures, the Douglas School District will have a two-hour late start tomorrow, Tuesday February 22nd. There will be no breakfast or morning preschool. This delayed start will give snow removal crews an opportunity to sand and clear the roads.

Free at-home COVID-19 Test Kits Available

Beginning Wednesday, February 16 free take-home COVID-19 rapid test kits will be available to any DSD staff member, parent or guardian who would like one.

Parents have the ability to reset their own passwords. If you have forgotten your password, follow the below steps: 1 Click on the Login to ParentVUE link on the right of this page 2 Under the username and password field, click on Forget your password? Click here. 3 Enter the email address you used to activate your account and click Send Email to be emailed your login information.

Why is ParentVue disabled?

For security reasons, ParentVUE accounts are disabled if a password is entered incorrectly more than three times. To re-enable your account, please contact your student’s school office staff.

What is report card module?

The report card module shows a student’s final grade. This is not a replacement for mailed-home report cards.

What languages can you use ParentVue in?

ParentVUE can be used in English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, and Chinese. The options are shown at the bottom right corner of every ParentVUE screen.
