Lunch Program

Through My School Account, you can stay up to do date with school lunches. For the elementary level, you can preorder their menu for the week. And for older students, you can deposit funds so they can make their selection on the spot.

Parent Web & Payment

Use the Parent Web login to our dashboard and stay up to date to make the year a success. You can also update contact information for our Parent Alert System. That way you’ll never miss a school closing or emergency announcement.

Lunch Account Payments

We have a link to the website where you can pay outstanding balances on your child's lunch account, and do other maintenance on there as needed. Click HERE for the link.

Registration

If you are trying to register a new student with the FCPS system, it can be a lot to keep track of. So we have made a one stop hub for all the information you need to get your student enrolled with our school system. All the required immunizations, forms, contact information, etc.

Transcript Requests

Transcripts can be ordered through a program called Parchment . For questions about Parchment please contact Shannon Berna Academic Records Manager at 540-372-1120 or by e-mail at sberna@cityschools.com.

Fredericksburg Alerts

Fred Alerts lets you receive notifications via phone calls, text messaging, e-mail and more, which can also be based on your location. You can choose to receive notifications about events that may affect your home, workplace, schools and more. This will send you urgent information that will be good to know as a parent.
