What do I do if I Forgot my Frisco ISD password?

Getting Started

Click on the "Register/Sign-In" menu item in the top-right corner. Simply enter your email address to get started. If you don't have a business portal account, we will create one for you with the email address you entered. If you previously created an account, you'll be able to logon to view your account information.

What does my child wear to class?

Boys or girls may wear t-shirts and shorts or any athletic clothing. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should be barefoot while in class.

If my child misses a class, can I schedule a makeup class?

Each child receives 3 FREE makeups per calendar year! Make-up and extra classes are subject to availability. Make ups are only classes your athlete misses. We do not offer makeups for gym closures due to Holidays (they are factored into your tuition price).

Can my child participate in a trial class before we make our decision to enroll?

We have something better than free trials! We offer all first-time families (families enrolled for 14 days or less) a full satisfaction guarantee for classes. This guarantee offers you a full refund of your class tuition and registration fee as long as you submit your drop within your first 14 days of membership.

Is the price per class or monthly?

Pricing is per month for 1 class per week. Pricing is the same throughout the year for months with more than 4 weeks/classes and make ups are not issued for classes missed due to holiday closures. Tuition statements are sent out at the end of the month and auto drafts take place on the first of the month.
