What is the Greenville County School District portal?

District Portals. Formerly - Student Portal - Backpack is a central site for students to access their information, to apply to Greenville County Schools special programs, and to access their apps for education. Access your employee information, professional development registration and recertification, curriculum, department website and more!

How do I create a Parent Portal account?

Contact your child's school to have your parent account created. You will need to provide them with your student (s) names and a valid email address for your portal account. Once the school has created your account, you will login at gcsd.powerschool.com. Already have an active parent portal account?

How do I create a parent/guardian account?

In order to access the portal, all parents/guardians will need portal accounts. For help with this process, please refer to the steps listed below. Contact your child's school to have your parent account created. You will need to provide them with your student (s) names and a valid email address for your portal account.

Does Georgetown High School have extracurricular activities?

Although our primary focus is student academic achievement, Georgetown High School offers a variety of extracurricular activities. I encourage all students to be involved. Do not forget that we have opportunities for parents to be involved as well. Once again, it is my pleasure to work with you during the 2021-2022 school year.
