It is best that you contact your child's teacher directly, either by email or voicemail. This will result in the quickest resolution to your question.

I replied to the Genesis auto-email with a question, but have not received a response. Why?

The Genesis auto-generated email is created and sent by the Genesis server, not by an individual. The server will not reply to your email sent to that address. If you have questions about your child's progress, please direct those questions directly to the faculty member.

When will elementary school parents be able to view students' grades and attendance?

The ability to view grades throughout the marking period is limited to parents of students in grades 6-12. Parents of students in grades K-5 will be able to view the report cards at the conclusion of each marking period. Report cards will be posted within ten days of the end of each marking period.
