Parents who do not have access to the Parent Module can download and printout an application form. Please fill out the form completely and promptly return it to the school so that the account can be created by Computer Services. The Middlesex Board of Education has changed its regular public meeting on Monday, January 24, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 6:00 PM for an Executive Session to discuss a private/confidential student matter.
