Can I Share my Genesis account information with my child (ren)?

Parents/Guardians should not share their Genesis login information with their child (ren) and students should not share their account information with other students. Most of the district's online consent agreements need to be signed/acknowledged by both accounts (Parent and Student).

What is the parent portal?

Parent portal is a centralized location for student information including attendance, grades, and contact information. Genesis Parent Portal is also your primary source for updating your district contact information. Your contact information used for our Honeywell Emergency Alert system is synced with your contact information from Genesis.

What is the Genesis Student Information System (SIS)?

The Genesis Student information System (SIS) is where you can access schedules, grades, attendance info, letters, consent agreements, etc. Separate Genesis access accounts are provided to the listed primary parent/guardian and the student.

What if I did not receive the automatic Parent Portal welcome email?

If you did not receive the automatic parent portal welcome email, please email technology@warrenhills.org for assistance. Parent portal is a centralized location for student information including attendance, grades, and contact information. Genesis Parent Portal is also your primary source for updating your district contact information.
