What is the Geneva city school district Parent Portal?

Welcome to the Geneva City School District's Parent Portal. This SchoolTool portal allows you to keep track of your child's progress in school, with information about grades, assignments, attendance and schedules at your fingertips. To sign up for a Parent Portal account an application form must be completed (see link below).

What can I do through the parent portal?

Through this parent portal, you may see your child's grades, discipline entries, attendance, and other information to help you take an active role in your student's education. If you do not have your username and password required to access this parent portal, please contact the counselor at your child's school for further information. Click Here!

What is the Parent Portal?

PowerSchool is the student information system used by all schools in Alabama. PowerSchool is used for scheduling, taking attendance, storing grades, and more.

Who has access to the Parent Portal?

All parents/guardians who have students in Geneva County School District may have access to PowerSchool.

How do I request a username and password?

Each school will assign all parents/guardians usernames and passwords to access PowerSchool at the start of the school year.

Navigating the SchoolTool Parent Portal

You will be able to see various items by clicking on the down arrows in the boxes. (If you see “None” next to a class, it indicates that the teacher does not maintain an online gradebook).
