The Aeries Parent Portal is designed to allow parents and students access to their student’s information. This information is only accessible by knowing the student’s ID number , Telephone number and Verification code .
Once parents/guardians or students have the required information in hand (ID Number, Telephone, and VPC), they can go to the Aeries Parent or Student Portal link provided by their school or district and click on the Create New Account link. This will take the parent or student through the Registration Process.
The Verification Pass Code is a unique identifier for each student. This code is only accessible through the student's school office. With the required student information, you are now ready to set up a parent or student account.
To enable the donation process, select the Enable Aeries Financials Donation Step check box on the Financials tab. Add a Donation Title and a brief narrative in the Donation Question field that is presented to the Parent during the Parent Data Confirmation process.
VPC codes are created when a Student gets added to Aeries and should never be changed. There are two options in District Settings that control the display of the VPC and who can view it. Display Verification Pass Code (STU. VPC) on Students form - Student Data 2 (STU) tab - Displays the VPC field with the code masked.
How do I log into Aeries? Log into Aeries by going to the Aeries Parent Portal for your School District or use the mobile app. You will see the login page and be able to enter your email and password, or use your google account to login.

The Transcript page is found in Student Data | Grades in the navigation menu. Select the student to print the transcript for. Click the Print icon in the upper right corner of the page or the Print button below the GPA summary to print the student's transcript.

District system administrators can access the Parent Data Confirmation setup area by navigating to the Portal Options page. Settings can be individualized by school. On the Portal Options page, highlight a school in the menu on the left. Select the Parent Data Changing tab from the options to the right.
To set up translations for the data confirmation process custom text, select a school from the list on the left side of the Portal Options page. On the Parent Data Changing area select a tab to translate text for. Next use the language selector at the top of the Portal Options page to select a language to translate.
Removing a student from an account - To remove a student from a parent account, click the red X on the right side of the screen. Clicking this will disassociate the student from the parent account. Note: if the student is at multiple schools, removing one school removes them all.
Below is a list of common database tables and fields used with parent portal account management. These consist of the PWA table which stores parent and student portal accounts, and the PWS table which stores students associated to portal accounts.
After resetting their password in this manner, the parent can immediately log in without the need to verify an email. Changing a password to “ welcome ” or “ changeme ” will require the user to change the password the next time they log in.
Each portal account is tagged as either a Parent or Student. Occasionally there may be the need to change an account type from parent to student or vice versa. This may be necessary to allow the parent to access resources only available to parents (such as Data Confirmation), but they mistakenly have a student type account. This can be changed via a Change query when necessary. The account type is stored as a “P” or “S” value in the TY field of the PWA table.
Family Information is Step 1 of the Data Confirmation process for the Residence Survey if the Parent Portal Group has Read and Update permissions to the Parent Response to Survey security area.
The Income Survey Tab allows Schools/Districts to collect limited financial data on their students.
The Student Demographics tab allows changes to demographic information based on the Portal Group Field Level Security settings for the Parent Group. Refer to Portal Group security documentation for more information.
The Students existing Medical History (MHS) records display at the top of the page. Parents can select additional codes. The No Longer Applies button adds an End Date to the Medical History record for the student. The record is not deleted.
The School can provide various documents for the Parent to read during the Registration process, such as policies, handbooks, rules, etc. Some may be required reading and the Parent may not continue until they have clicked on the Document. These are configured on the Portal Documents page.
If the District has setup Document Requests, the Requested Documents step shows up after Authorizations. The Parents can upload documents that are stored in Student Documents. Allowed file formats are configured in District Settings. Once a document is uploaded it is Pending for Staff approval.
The Final Data Confirmation page displays a Finish and Submit button. To complete the Data Confirmation the Parent must click on the Finish and Submit button.
