When do you need proof of residency for Gibson County?

All students shall complete proof of residency forms at the beginning of each school year. The Gibson County Special School District can physically verify if necessary that the student actually lives within the District boundaries. For example, providing only a post office box as an address will not be accepted.

Can you own property in a zoned school?

Owning property or land within the zoned school area is not enough to be approved for enrollment. The student must reside at the residence the majority of the time to enroll your student within the zoned area if the school does not have enough space available according to Policy 6.206.

When is Quarter 4 registration?

Any student that wants to participate in the Academy for Quarter 4 must register by 5:00PM on Wednesday 3/3/21. Students that are currently enrolled and want to continue with off-campus instruction through the Academy must re-enroll.
