What is the age range for the GISSV program?

GISSV welcomes students of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We serve students from two to eighteen years old. The enrollment period begins during the months of January and February of each year for the upcoming school year. We also accept new students throughout the school year based on availability.

What is the purpose of the GISSV pledge?

The purpose of this pledge is to maintain the health of our GISSV students, staff, and parents and to support the safe return to on-campus learning. Together, we can help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We each play an important role in keeping ourselves and those around us safe.

How many minutes do you need to complete a GISSV screening?

Timely submission of health information is vital so that preparations can be made prior to the start of each school day. Please reserve 1 to 2 minutes per child to complete this each morning.

How many days a week does GISSV have?

For the 2021/22 school year GISSV will offer its full school program 5 days per week with afternoon care . Although we do not expect it and if the guidance still requires it, a distance learning possibility will be made available for students that cannot come to school for valid medical reasons.

Can parents sign up for GVP?

NOTE - for student testing: Parents should sign them up through GVP for the day of their classes scheduled testing, the time for sign-up is irrelevant though. For example, if a parent signs their student up for an 8:00 am appointment, the student can still be tested with their group at the usual time.
