5. Limitation on Liability

Subject to this Section, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Parent App. If your School’s account with us expires or terminates, your access to the Parent App will also terminate with or without notice to you.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement are governed by the laws of the state of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You further agree to accept service of process by mail.
