What is secondment at Goodstart?

Secondment Program: A life-changing opportunity for our educators to be immersed in a remote Aboriginal community and make a significant contribution to the important work of the local early learning centre, then bring their experience and understanding back to further enrich Goodstart’s cultural knowledge.

What is Goodstart Institute of Early Learning?

Goodstart has its own Registered Training Organisation, the Goodstart Institute of Early Learning, which offers a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Support to upskill: If you have your Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Goodstart offers paid study time and practicum leave support so you can earn your Diploma or Bachelor level qualification.
