Any incoming kindergarten, 6th grade, or new to CCSD 46 student who do not provide a required physical and proof of immunizations will not be permitted to attend school until the required forms have been provided.

To register, please log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal, click More in the left navigation menu, then Online Registration. Please be sure to add any new to the district students (e.g., incoming kindergarteners) in your existing Parent Portal Online Registration application. After completing the Online Registration application, registration fees can be paid in the Parent Portal by selecting Fees in the left navigation menu.
