The Greer High School Parent Teacher Student Association annually awards a scholarship to seniors who qualify based on the criteria listed on the attachment. The amount and number of scholarships awarded will be determined by the GHS PTSA Board and is based upon the funds available.

Friday, February 11th is the deadline for Seniors and/or senior parents to join PTSA and be eligible to apply for the PTSA scholarship in March. Seniors may join by filling out a form and paying the $5 dues at the school store during lunch or via the online PTSA store link on the Greer High website. PTSA Link
Make your child's birthday extra special this year by wishing them a happy birthday on our digital sign! For just $5, we will display your child's name along with a special birthday message on their big day. If your child's birthday falls on a weekend, it will be displayed the Friday before.

The Parents in Partnership (PIP) Association was set up by the GMC Board of Directors as the organizational arm of parent volunteers overseeing the lunch program as well as various student and teacher events throughout the school year.

On the afternoon of Tuesday, May 18, 2021, the Grier student body convened to elect Student Council officers for the 2021-2022 school year. New this year, the candidates ran on tickets, which each of the four offices represented on a single ticket. Each of the three groups introduced themselves and gave a short speech before the students submitted their vote via paper ballot.
Grier strives to offer community service activities that benefit both our school community and surrounding communities through an average of 14 events each month.
