GymQuarters has the answer! You can sign your children (ages 5 and older) up for supervised open play, gymnastics games, movies, and a lot of fun with friends! Your registration includes 2 slices of pizza, one bottle of water, and one GQ snack. Have a GQ Gymnastics Birthday Party!
Every Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Gymquarters offers adult-supervised open play in the gym area. There will be a short rest time after children eat. Mom's day out is open to all children ages 2 and up. A reservation is required 24 hours in advance. We must have a release form signed by parents.
Have a GQ Gymnastics Birthday Party! Jump, bounce, flip, roll and swing with all your friends. Party Participants will enjoy trampolines, in ground foam pit, rope swing, balance beams, bars and so much more. Relax and enjoy your child's party, we'll clean up at the end! Up to 10 children - $9.00 for each additional child.
Evaluation of each gymnast is an ongoing process. As soon as an instructor feels a student can successfully perform the skills in a particular level, the gymnast will be invited to join a new group. Each child's progress will be unique.
Gymnastics is in itself a very individual learning process and each child progresses at their own rate. GymQuarters places each child in their own most appropriate skill level. As the gymnast achieves the skills required for each level, she is promoted into the next level.
GymQuarters Junior classes are for girls and boys kindergarten and younger. Each class starts with a structured 15 minute welcome including stretching, position review, and light muscle preparedness.
Basic gymnastics skills and positions are introduced. Bar skills may include jumping to support, rolling forwards over the bar, and backwards under the bar.
Tumbling 1. This beginning class is for students with little or no prior experience in tumbling. This class will teach the basics of tumbling and will provide a strong foundation for skill advancement. Key skills include; rolls, handstands, backbends, cartwheels, strong run, and hurdles. Enroll.

This is an intermediate class for students that have prior experience and have mastered the skills in Tumbling 1. Key skills include: power hurdle round offs, back walkovers, standing back handspring without spot, and round off back handspring on the trampoline.
