Since the passage of the 2009 Bond, Hallsville ISD has grown by more than 900 students, or an average of 100 students per year. We need to assess conditions of current facilities, programs, and enrollment to determine how it has affected the growth of the District, and engage in long-range planning processes to address these needs.
Residents who live in Hallsville ISD will have the opportunity to vote on the bond proposition during Early Voting, October 21 – November 1, and on Election Day, November 5.
Hallsville ISD Names Lone Finalist for Superintendent#N#Hallsville ISD Assistant Superintendent, Mr. John Martin, has been named the district’s lone finalist for the job of Superintendent. The announcement was made at Monday night’s regular school board meeting. After the mandatory 21-day waiting period, the board will vote to hire Martin as Superintendent. He will replace Mr. Jeff Collum, who recently accepted a position in Arkansas.
