Students and parents create/login with their own individual Aeries accounts. Choose Notification Preferences for Calls/Emails/Texts Communicate with Your Student’s Teachers and Complete Data Confirmation (Parents Only)
ParentSquare will allow you to receive emergency notifications, community outreach and attendance calls. Ensure your phone number, email address, and home address are up-to-date in Aeries. Contact the front office if there is a change or if you are not receiving communication from your school or the District.
How do I log into Aeries? Log into Aeries by going to the Aeries Parent Portal for your School District or use the mobile app. You will see the login page and be able to enter your email and password, or use your google account to login.
Select the Contact to edit. Click on the pencil icon to make the change. OR click on the “Add” button circled red to add additional contact(s). Make the necessary changes, then click on “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
Before you begin, be sure to get your student's Verification Code from Cybertech Support at, (866) 223-8685. You will need it before you can setup your Aeries Parent Portal account.
To change your email address, navigate the top right and click your email address. You'll see a drop down choice to change your email address. This will also change your login for the portal. Next, click edit.

Click the mouse on the Choose File button to browse to the document. A Choose File to Upload box will display. Browse to the document to be added and click on the Open button. The name of the document will be displayed next to the Choose File area.

An unrequested verification code is a giant neon sign saying, “Someone is trying to sign in to your account!” That means your username and password could be compromised. Thus, it's time to log into your account and change your password. Make sure you're coming up with something strong and unique.
If you forget or misplace your password, navigate to the Parent Portal login page and click the “Forgot Password?” option. You will be prompted to enter the user ID or email associated with the account. Once submitted, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
Removing an account - To remove an account altogether, click the red X on the left side of the screen next to the email address. This deletes the account completely. Resending account verification email – Clicking on the envelope icon resends the account confirmation email.
Please visit the Aeries Parent Portal to update your contact information. Once logged in, on the "Student Info" menu, select "Data Confirmation" then click on the "Contacts" tab. Select your name and click on the "Change" button.
To add additional students, the Parent is prompted for the Student ID, Primary Telephone and VPC Code and also be asked to select their Contact record as mentioned previously. The Student now appears in the Change Student drop-down.
On the Settings screen tap on Notification Settings. In the Notification Settings screen slide the Push Notifications button to the right to turn it on. If a Grade Filter has not already been created, tap on New Filter and create a new gradebook alert threshold.
Click on the box to the left of the student's name to select. Click the mouse on the Add Students button at the bottom of the page to add them to the gradebook. The student will now be included in the list of students on the Manage Students form for the selected gradebook.
To Delete a student, click the mouse on the Allow Deletes check box at the top of the student list. After Allow Deletes is checked a Delete button will display next to the Drop button. Select the Delete button to the left of the Student's name. A confirmation message will display prior to the deletion.
Please look for a mailer sent on January 3, 2022 with corrected information. The 8-Digit VPC code was missing or incorrect on the previous mailer.
