The Harlan County Public School system would like to inform all parents and guardians of the capability to access many of their children’s records through the secure, password protected Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
The Parent Portal is a service offered to parents and guardians for accessing certain student records. The service allows parents and guardians to access information about ALL of their students through one convenient website. This eliminates the need to visit several different websites, make telephone calls or visit the school to access records and information.
This is a friendly reminder that student IDs must be worn at all times at Haines City High School. A replacement ID costs $5.00 each time a student must have another one printed. This amount is added as an obligation if the student can not pay the $5.00 on that day.

The Henderson County Board of Education approved the HCS 2022-2023 Academic Calendar during the January 18, 2022 board meeting.
PowerSchool Parent Portal gives families with students in pre-K through grade 12 easy access to class grades, attendance information and student schedules. The portal also gives you “single sign-on” access to other online services such as RYCOR Online Forms and MySchoolBucks, without having to create accounts specifically for those sites.
The HCPS Virtual Learning page is your place for a wide range of resources for e-learning, including apps, software and free internet resources that have been reviewed and approved for students.
You can submit school forms using a secure online website accessed through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Just log in and click the “Access Online Forms” icon in the PowerSchool Parent Portal sidebar menu. This option saves time, money and paper!

PowerSchool Parent Portal will go offline for summer maintenance at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 and reopen on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 9:30 AM for account creation only.
