What is the HealthQuest patient portal?

The Healthquest Patient Portal is a set of fully integrated, patient-centered virtual care tools. For clinic staff and physicians, the Patient Portal will add new patient messaging functions in Healthquest. For the patients, the Patient Portal is a secure web page, accessible from any web-enabled device.

How does patient messaging work in the HealthQuest patient portal?

Every patient accessing the Healthquest Patient Portal is linked to a patient within Healthquest, so all communication between the clinic and the patient is recorded in the new Patient Messaging section of their chart. Your patients are more likely to engage with their care when they’re an active part of it.

When should I not use the patient portal?

How do I manage the patient portal?

Does Healthquest print attachments?

Now, here’s where Patient Messaging attachments start to get cool: Healthquest now supports printing directly to a new or existing message!

How is health information stored?

Your health and financial data are stored using secure encryption and security technology to protect your information . Patient information is always encrypted, firewall-protected and is under surveillance 24/7.

Can providers update results?
