What time do exams start at Henley College?
All students are expected to be ready to enter the exam room (usually the Sports Hall or Rotherfield Hall) at least ten minutes before the scheduled start of an exam. For The Henley College, this is - 9.00 a.m. for the morning session; 1.30 p.m. for the afternoon session.

COUNSELLING
We understand that there may be times when you would prefer to discuss confidential things with someone at College who isn’t a teacher or tutor. Your tutor may suggest that you talk to the College Counsellor, or you may decide for yourself to make an appointment.
COLLEGE NURSE - Claire Smith
The NHS and Oxfordshire County Council provide free drop-in clinics offering confidential advice and support to students. A qualified nurse also provides advice and support in relation to any health issues, three days a week. Find out more here >> College Nurse

How to gain access to Springfield College portal?
To gain access to the portal, students must setup an account and grant the appropriate permissions for each authorized user. Students will also need to provide users with their Springfield College student ID number, to enable them to confirm their account and gain access to the portal.

Parents who wish to contact tutors are recommended to contact the extension of the appropriate Faculty Administrator. These are direct lines, so that you do not have to go through the switchboard.

Books and Equipment Some books and equipment are provided. You may be asked to buy other books and/or equipment. A full list of charges to students for books and equipment for courses is available on request and indicated on the subject/course entry.
Educational Visits From time to time students may be asked to participate in educational visits. Students will be notified in advance of such expenditure. There is a small fund to support educational visits. Find our more on the Finance page.
While it is difficult to give precise guidelines for all subjects and courses, students are expected to give in addition at least two thirds of the time they spend in the classroom to their own work.
