What is the student and Parent Portal and how does it work?

Our school has undertaken a new initiative, the Student and Parent Portal, to provide parents and students access to information about each student's progress in our school. The portal can be used to access individual student timetables, student attendance records, school notices and eventually reports.

How do I create a Parent Portal account?

In order to proceed, you will need to know your child's student number, last four of his/her social security number, and his/her date of birth. Once you have secured your personalized GUID activation code, click this New User link to create your new Parent Portal account. This is a one time process.

What information will parents have access to in the junior high?

Parents of students enrolled in the Junior/Senior High will have online access to student schedules, attendance, New York State Education Department assessment parent reports, CSH progress reports and report cards for grades 7 through 12, and unofficial transcripts for grades 9 through 12.
