How do parents submit school forms online?

Parents and guardians with students in pre-K through grade 12 can complete and submit school forms online by signing into the PowerSchool Parent Portal. First you must create a PowerSchool Parent Portal account.

Please be sure to log into your Educate Parent Portal to stay up-to-date on student grades, review the Parent Handbook, and stay in touch with your child’s teacher.

Uniform Policy

Heritage Academy has a uniform policy requiring students to wear uniforms daily. Tops with the Heritage Academy logo are available for purchase through Carter’s Uniforms, LLC. Plain dark blue, light blue, and white polo shirts can be purchased anywhere and the Heritage Academy logo can also be added by the same company who supplies our uniforms.

Parent Portal

Infinite Campus provides parents, guardians and students with real-time access to course schedules, assignments, grades, attendance and report cards for grades 6-12.

Mobile App Set Up

After you have created a parent portal account, you will be able to install the mobile app to get information when you want it, anytime, anywhere from your IOS or Android Device. Your school will have information about how to use the mobile app.

What is PowerSchool Parent Portal?

PowerSchool Parent Portal gives families with students in pre-K through grade 12 easy access to class grades, attendance information and student schedules. The portal also gives you “single sign-on” access to other online services such as RYCOR Online Forms and MySchoolBucks, without having to create accounts specifically for those sites.

How to submit school forms to PowerSchool?

You can submit school forms using a secure online website accessed through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Just log in and click the “Access Online Forms” icon in the PowerSchool Parent Portal sidebar menu. This option saves time, money and paper!

The HCPS Virtual Learning page is your place for a wide range of resources for e-learning, including apps, software and free internet resources that have been reviewed and approved for students.
