The Health Information Management (HIM) Department collects, manages, protects and disseminates the health information of our patients, while ensuring the information is complete and accurate.

A. You will need to fill out the online form on the Parent Portal Login page entitled Parent Portal Registration. It is very important that you register for an account using the SAME contact information (first name, last name, email address, street address) that we have on file for you. Your first and last name, as well as your email address need to match what is already in eSchoolData or the account will be denied.
A. All parents with students in grades 7-12 can access the portal. You will find information about his or her schedule, attendance, grades, contact information, transcripts, etc. Q.
A. Information on the eSchoolData Parent Portal is updated based on district-defined parameters. If you have questions when you are viewing the information in each section, be sure to refer to the “last updated” indicator on that screen.
A. Only parents and guardians of currently enrolled students flagged to receive correspondence are eligible to register for an eSchoolData Parent Portal account.
A. Please send an email to portal@hoosickfallscsd.org requesting assistance with your account. Include your student’s first and last name and grade level along with your contact information.
As a parent/guardian you can use a PowerSchool account to access information concerning your student. Grades, attendance and email notifications are just some of the features available to you as a parent or student. Check out the video and link below to get started.
Basic information about PowerSchool access can be found here. You can also access grades and attendance using the PowerSchool website or the mobile app. Be sure that you log in to a computer at H-F before trying to access PowerSchool at home or from a mobile device.
