As an HMS patient, to access the patient portal, simply go to the HMS website and click on "Patient Portal.". There you will receive instructions about how to schedule a medical appointment. If you do not have your patient portal set-up, simply give HMS a call to register for portal access at 888-271-3596 and press "2".
The patient portal is an excellent way to not only schedule medical appointments, but for patients to view lab and imaging results, view current and past billing statements, view health records, complete prescription refills and/or clinician referral requests, and more.
