Log into Hokie SPA with your student PID and password. Select "Guest Account Access". Enter the email of the individual you wish to grant access. Select the type of information you wish to release. Select "Grant Access". Once a student has invited you to create a guest account, you will receive two e-mails.

To remove an individual's access to information: Log into Hokie SPA with your student PID and password. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the list of people to whom information has been released. Select which individuals and type of information you no longer wish to have released.
The guest account feature on Hokie SPA allows a student to release their financial aid information, such as the award letter, requirements to receive aid, financial aid holds, academic progress, cost of attendance, and/or loan history, to selected individuals. It is important to note, when a student releases aid information, access to that information by the individual is allowed for all aid years.
Enter the email of the individual you wish to grant access. Select the type of information you wish to release. Select " Grant Access". Once information has been released, students can remove access to some or all information if they decide. To remove an individual's access to information:
Authorized Payers and the student will receive an email notification (eBill) each time a statement is generated.
First time paying a Virginia Tech eBill? The student will have to grant you access.
