Horizon Middle School is a traditional public middle school, rich with culture and traditions that have been in place since the school opened in 1995. Horizon has been a model of excellence in the area of academics, sports, the arts, and parent & community involvement.
The Osceola School Board is committed to the safety and security of all students, staff, and visitors. The Osceola School District has detailed comprehensive safety and emergency plans for every site, and all schools regularly conduct various drills, such as fire drills, severe weather drills, and intruder drills, to prepare students for an emergency.

Once the account has been created you can sign in to the parent portal using the username and password created and see all of your students!
Parents and guardians can create their own PowerSchool username/pass word and view all children's information from one account. This account will remain the same from year to year to access their children's academic progress, attendance, and meal account information in PowerSchool. All parents will need to create a new login by entering an email address and choosing your own password.
NOTE: Schools are responsible for what is available on your parent portal. Each school might have different views. Please contact your child’s school for more information.
When you follow the directions from the PS Parent Account Creation Guide D49 (PDF attachment), the second part of the set up instructions explains you can link your student’s account by showing you where to enter the student’s first and last name (must be typed just as you provided to us for registration). You will then be asked to enter your Access ID and password, then it will ask you for your relationship to the student (this would mother, father not son, daughter).
