The Parent Portal allows parents to better monitor their child's progress in school by providing Internet access to grades, attendance, discipline, academic history, graduation verification, and standardized test results in a secure password-protected environment.
Parent Portal passwords can be reset within the student record. Go to Households (1)–>Parent Portal Access (2). Then click on the reset password (3) link under the “ send password reset ” column. You can also see what email address the parent used to create their account under the parent portal account column.
If the parent is not sure what email address they used for their account, they can call the school and you can locate this information on the student's contact record, within the 'Parent Portal Access' page. It can also be found within the Parent Portal Accounts page.

The Parent Portal is the starting point for a parent to fill out an application for their student. It is also where parents can complete the required items for the Admissions or Enrollment process. In this article, we will walk through the parent experience of logging into and using the Parent Portal to apply/enroll in your school.
Parents can access the Parent Portal login page by going to your unique school portal link. The format for this link is shown below:
The first time that parents log into the Parent Portal to apply, they will see the text that they haven't added any students yet, and a green 'Begin Admissions Process' button.
Once a parent has added and authenticated to a student in the Parent Portal, they can access that student's checklist by clicking the blue 'Continue Admissions/Enrollment Process' (seen in the image above) button underneath their name in the list of students. From here, the parent can work their way through the checklist items.
Once you have generated a student's contract and enabled parent enrollment, the parent can log into the Parent Portal and begin the process of enrolling in your school. They will access the checklist by clicking on the blue 'Continue Enrollment Process' button as described in the section above.
If a parent forgets the password for their Parent Portal Account, there are three ways they can receive a password reset email. Read on below for instructions on each one of these ways:
