To log in and view your child's assessment results, enter the six-character Unique Access Code and the date of birth that appears on their most recent STAAR Report Card. The code must be entered exactly as it appears.
Parents will be required to visit the parent portal online using the unique login credentials provided by the Ministry and follow the instructions. They will be prompted to create a new password to ensure confidentiality and will only be able to access information for their child or ward.
To access the Student Performance Report parents/guardians must have their child’s Student Number, Date of Birth as well as the Admissions Number, which is printed on the SEA Admissions Slip. The hard copy of the Student Performance Report must be obtained from their Primary School for Secondary School registration.
