A “2” means there is room for improvement in your student's work. A “2” means progress has been made, but because of one or more reasons (lack of effort, understanding, consistency, for example) he/she is not yet doing “3” work.
To retrieve your account ID and password: Go to Student Account Self Service. Enter your 9-digit Student ID (OSIS) number. (You can find your Student ID number on a report card, your student ID card, or in your NYCSA Opens in a new browser tab account.)
NYC DOE OSIS number is a nine-digit number that is issued to all students who attend a New York City public school. The number can be found on your ID card or transcript. If you do not know the number, request if from your high school counselor.
The OSIS number is a nine-digit student identification number needed for CUNY to electronically access your New York City public high school transcript after your application has been submitted and your application fee has been received.

You can create a basic account without an account creation code, but to link your student to the account, you will need the code.
an Account Creation Code – the code is usually sent home in a letter with the student. To receive the letter again, please contact our Parent Coordinator. the student's 9-digit student ID number (this can be found on their report card)
Contact the state Department of Education to get a transcript or record of grades from an institution that has closed. Search the department's website for a list of decommissioned schools and identify which academic institution now holds the records for the one that closed.
