One of the great features in the parent portal is the ability to view and print your student’s report cards. To do this first click on the “View Complete Record” link under the student’s name. Once you are in the student record scroll down until you see the tabs.
(Please note that this feature is only available on the desktop PowerSchool Parent Portal and cannot be accessed through the PowerSchool mobile app.) To view and print report cards, simply choose ‘Report Card’ from the left-hand menu on the PowerSchool Parent Portal Start Page. (see image at right)

To print the Gradebook for a class, navigate to the Gradebooks area of the Grades tab, then select "Print" from the Manage Gradebook drop-down menu. This will generate a printable PDF file containing all Students, Gradebook Entries, and Scores, filtered just the way you have set in your Gradebook.
