Parent Portal Instructions
(Please note that this feature is only available on the desktop PowerSchool Parent Portal and cannot be accessed through the PowerSchool mobile app.) To view and print report cards, simply choose ‘Report Card’ from the left-hand menu on the PowerSchool Parent Portal Start Page. (see image at right)

If your school uses a different report card, you can also request a translation of the report card from your school. You have the right to know your school’s grading policies, and to receive grades based on those policies.
Report cards are being released on a rolling basis from June 26 to July 16, 2020. Once your report card is available, there are two ways you can view it: If you sign into one of the above systems and do not see your report card, it is because your school has not released its report cards yet.
To view a child's Report Card online, login to the Edsby web browser. If the organization has submitted the Report Cards online, a button will become available in the Classes panel of each child. Click View Report Cards. This will open the child's most recent Report Card.

On the right-hand side, middle of the screen you will see “Published Reports”. A pdf link to the Report Card will be listed under the filename. Click on the link—your child's report card will open up in another window.
To view your grades in one particular class, click on Grades in the left hand column inside the course.
From the Start Page, go to Setup>School>Current Grade Display>Take a look at the Active Term....PowerSchool Community.:PowerSchool Mobile.:PowerSchool Mobile Forum.:Current Semester GPA.

Printing Student Report Cards from PowerTeacher You need to return to the PowerTeacher homepage to print report cards. You can do this by clicking on the PowerSchool Logo/Name in the top left corner of PT Pro. To print a class set of report cards, click on the report icon for any of your classes.
About Report Cards. Your school must give you grades on a report card at least twice per year. Many schools choose to share report cards and student progress reports more often. Talk to your school about how frequently you can expect to receive report cards. Your report card might look different by grade or school.
