To access grades in the Portal click on the “View Complete Record” link under the student's name, this will take you to the student record. Once in the student record scroll down until you see a list of tabs. Click on the “Gradebook” tab to view grades.

GPA's are not displayed anywhere in Aeries Gradebooks. However if these areas are available to you through Aeries.net, the GPA's are displayed in Student Data > Grades > Grades and Transcripts. A feature within the Parent Portal allows parents to keep track of their child's grades by email notification. Simply sign up for the email notification by clicking the “Set up Email” link after you log in to the Parent Portal. A verification email will be sent to you and will contain instructions regarding the set-up process.
