All letter Report Cards have the option to print mail information at the top of the Report Card instead of the bottom. Click on Print mail info at top of page to select this option. Select Report Card to Print options to choose which Report Card to generate.
Contact the state Department of Education to get a transcript or record of grades from an institution that has closed. Search the department's website for a list of decommissioned schools and identify which academic institution now holds the records for the one that closed.
The Transcript page is found in Student Data | Grades in the navigation menu. Select the student to print the transcript for. Click the Print icon in the upper right corner of the page or the Print button below the GPA summary to print the student's transcript.
