Welcome, Parents! We are so glad you’re here. To be able to view and pay a bill as a family member, spouse, or partner, you must be designated as an authorized user by the student. You will then be able to access the Bill Payment Home Page to view, manage, and make payments on the student’s account.
Once this is complete, you should be able to access Howdy within 24 hours. For access to billing information, your student will log in to the Flywire bill payment system, a secure, authorized, third-party site, and add authorized users to their account.
It is a violation of university regulations, state laws, and federal laws if you gain or help others gain unauthorized access to the Howdy portal. If unauthorized access or use is gained, you will be subject to university disciplinary action and criminal prosecution, to the fullest extent of the law.

Howdy is a web portal at https://howdy.tamu.edu at Texas A&M University that helps students, applicants, faculty, staff, parents and former students more easily connect to their university records and resources. Howdy is the "front door" to the Compass student information system.
Late Payment Penalties A late payment penalty of $25 penalty is assessed for each payment not received on or before its due date. Students may also be subject to late registration charges and cancellation of courses if payment is not made by the due date.

Payment for housing will be added to your student account for pay by semester option residence halls and apartments. Pay by the month apartments will be paid via electronic check via myHousing Portal. Online payment by credit/debit card or electronic check is required as part of the application process.

Non-Funded Course Fees (3-Peat Rule) A student attempting certain courses more than twice at Texas A&M University will be subject to a supplementary fee of $125 per semester credit hour ($375 for a 3-hour course) for the repeated course in addition to tuition and required fees associated with the course.
The estimated program cost is $34,700 for Texas residents and $51,500 for Non-Residents. This will include all tuition and fees for the 36 total credit hours. This estimate does not include books or living expenses.
