What is The HPMS for Medicare?

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS) Health Plan Management System (HPMS) is a web-enabled information system that serves a critical role in the ongoing operations of the Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D programs. HPMS services the MA and Part D programs in two central ways.

Why choose HPMs or MMIS?

MIS and HPMS are exemplary schools committed to continuous improvement for students and faculty. McCulloch Intermediate and Highland Park Middle is a partnership of educators, staff, students, parents and community that strives to provide a superior educational experience.

How does the family portal work?

With the Family Portal, report cards are stored and accessed on a secure web server as opposed to being sent out on paper. Parents can view up-to-date attendance information. Parents can view demographic information and contact the school should updates/changes be required.

What after school activities does HPMs offer?

From athletics to Lego Leagues, HPMS is proud of the many after school activities that are provided. These programs are meant to offer students an opportunity to engage in activities they have interests in.

TEAMING

Teaming is generally considered the heart and soul of the middle school model. Highland Park Middle implements core subject teaming that consists of four teachers who share a group of students.
