The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS) Health Plan Management System (HPMS) is a web-enabled information system that serves a critical role in the ongoing operations of the Medicare Advantage (MA) and Part D programs. HPMS services the MA and Part D programs in two central ways.

With the Family Portal, report cards are stored and accessed on a secure web server as opposed to being sent out on paper. Parents can view up-to-date attendance information. Parents can view demographic information and contact the school should updates/changes be required.

Small teams of students and staff make our school a place where middle school students experience a strong sense of belonging and connection. Our WEB (Where Everybody Belongs) program develops eighth grade students into leaders and mentors to our sixth graders, supporting them in a successful transition to middle school.
