What information can I find on the HRCE website?
View important information for parents, students, and the community. Find information about the services we provide, school and financial statistics, board meetings and committees, and our goals and priorities. How do I sign in to the parent portal?
If you have an existing account with EXCEL, access the Parent Portal by entering your email address and password in the Returning Parents Sign In section. If you are new to the EXCEL Program, enter the Parent Portal using the “New Parents Open Account” section.
How do I Register my child for the ExCEL program?
Registration for the EXCEL Program must be completed online (using a device larger than a cell phone) by accessing the EZChildTrack Parent Portal. If you have an existing account with EXCEL, access the Parent Portal by entering your email address and password in the Returning Parents Sign In section.
Can HRCE schools send information to me by text?
HRCE schools now have the ability to send information to you by text message. HRCE's 2021‐2022 Class Cap Compliance Report is now available. To view the full report, click here .

What is the EXCEL program?
The HRCE's EXCEL Program offers care for elementary school children before and after school. EXCEL provides organized, fun programs that give parents peace of mind in the times they can't be with their children. To learn more, click here.
