Lumen is only compatible with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome web browsers. The School District of Washington utilizes the Lumen Student Information System Parent/Student Portal. This online system enables parents to access attendance information, course schedules, grades and lunch account information for students within our district.

Blackboard and Lumen. Blackboard (formerly called ParentLink )is an app that can be downloaded to an iPhone or Android phone. In using the Blackboard app you will have access to your child's grades, attendance, and lunch account balance. The information is uploaded from the school district's student information system nightly.

What is Sentral Student Portal?

The Sentral Student Portal is a one-stop shop for student resources. Using their College network login students can access their timetable, daily messages, student resources and helpful links, homework and teacher messages anywhere at any time.

When is Sentral Portal registration emailed?

Sentral Portal registration information is emailed to new parents and carers at the start of each school year. Don’t forget to check your email inbox for this information during February. If you did not receive an email please contact our Sentral Management team by emailing pamz.sentral@cg.catholic.edu.au

How to access Lumen?

Lumen is the school district's student information system. It can be accessed from any computer or device using Mozilla Firefox or Chrome. Logging in will give you access to your child's grades, list of assignments, discipline, attendance, and lunch account information. It is here, in Lumen, that you are able to add money to your child's lunch account via a credit card. Please click on the Lumen Touch icon below to access the login page. What are the two ways parents can access their students' information?

There are two ways for parents to access their students' information. Blackboard and Lumen.

When will grades 6-12 receive their schedules?

Grades 6-12 will receive their schedules during the on campus registration the week of August 9th. Parent Portal login information will be emailed to parents, who have an email on file, on July 19th. Please check your login to make sure you are able to login prior to August 2nd.
